4. Enter top up nominal that desired
5. Follow the next instruction as given to finish the transaction

ATM BCA

1. Enter ATM card followed by the PIN
2. Select “Transfer” menu and then click “BCA Virtual Account”
3. Enter Via 71200 code followed by 00000000FRAGID (ex: 7120000000000163)
4. Enter top up nominal that desired
5. Follow the next instruction as given to finish the transaction

Agent can also do transaction from ATM counter that connected with ATM Bersama, ATM Prima, and Alto network:

1. Login to your account on di id.via.com
2. After login, select menu “Control Panel” and then  “Accounts” on the home screen
3. Select sub menu “Account Recharge” and then select “ATM Recharge”
4. On Payment Mode menu, select “ATM”
5. Click “Submit”

After that, you will get notification that filled with reference number, virtual account number, and time limit payment. Then, what you’ll need to do at ATM is:

1. Enter ATM card along with the PIN
2. Select “Other Transaction”
3. Select “Transfer”
4. Select “Transfer to Other Bank Account”
5. Enter bank code 013 (Permata) followed by virtual account number 8789880000 FRAGID (ex. 8789880000000405) that you had received before. Then, press “Right”
6. Fill reference number, left blank if there’s no reference number
7. Enter top up nominal (minimum Rp 50,000,-) then press “Right”
8. After confirmation shows up, please notice whether VA number, your name, and the amount is correct. After that, press “Yes”
